Partner institutions pay us a placement fee when a student enrols. It is the same model used by every reputable education agency in Malaysia.

If the right university for you is not a partner, we will say so. A wrong placement helps nobody — least of all our reputation.

Yes. Our service is free for students and parents. We are paid by our partner universities when a student enrols, which means you get full guidance at no cost. It also means we are upfront about it: if a university that does not work with us is genuinely the better fit, we will tell you.
Ideally 6 to 12 months before your intended intake. Scholarships and popular courses close early. That said, we regularly help students who start much later — get in touch and we will tell you honestly what is still open.
No. We can shortlist courses and apply for conditional offers using your forecast or trial results, then confirm once your actual results are released.
Absolutely, and we encourage it. Many of our consultations include parents, and we are happy to walk through costs, safety and career outcomes in detail.
