English: English proficiency: Singapore GCE O-Level English minimum Grade D; Singapore GCE A-Level English minimum Grade E; IELTS Academic 5.5 overall with no band below 5.0; TOEFL iBT 46 with Writing 14, Listening 4, Reading 4, Speaking 14; or PTE Academic 42 with no communicative skill below 36; equivalent approved qualifications may be accepted.
