Taylor’s University’s Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Sustainable Digital Construction Management is a 3-year full-time undergraduate degree that combines construction management, digital technology and sustainable construction practices.
The programme is designed for students who want to enter a construction industry increasingly shaped by Building Information Modelling (BIM), smart technologies, sustainability and digital project management. It combines traditional construction management knowledge with green and smart construction approaches across the building life cycle.
Students develop knowledge in areas including construction management and safety, construction technology, Building Information Modelling (BIM), construction planning and scheduling, construction law, estimating, contract administration, construction quality management and digital construction technologies.
Students can further develop their interests through Green Construction or Smart Construction study options. Topics may include Internet of Things in Construction, green technology, innovative construction materials, smart building systems, Building Information Modelling II, data science and extended reality in construction.
The programme also provides industry exposure through internship and Work-based Learning opportunities, helping students connect academic knowledge with real construction projects and professional practice.
For 2026, the programme is offered full-time over 3 years, with intakes in February, April and September. The current published local programme fee is RM104,342. Entry requirements vary by qualification, with Science or Mathematics prerequisites applying to several admission pathways.
