Secondary education equivalent to Australia Year 11. For Malaysia, the current JCU Singapore rule is SPM/UEC with passes in 5 academic subjects at C average. Other published country-specific Year 11 / O-Level equivalents are also accepted. Students must complete the Foundation with at least 50% in each of 10 subjects and overall 65% to progress to eligible JCU undergraduate programs. · Current JCU Singapore Pre-University Foundation Program page publishes the country-specific entry table and 65% progression rule. Final admission remains subject to James Cook University's current country-specific equivalency, advanced-standing and admissions assessment rules.
English: IELTS 5.5 with no component below 5.0; OR TOEFL iBT 56 with no component below 16; OR Pearson PTE Academic 46 with no component below 42; OR another current JCU-approved equivalent, including satisfactory completion of the JCU Singapore English Language Preparatory Program.
