Programme overview
The Foundation in Interior Architecture Design at The One Academy is a preparatory programme for students who plan to progress into the BA (Hons) Interior Architecture & Design pathway. It introduces the building blocks needed for later study in spatial and interior design, including freehand drawing, colour studies, design fundamentals, interior visualisation, architectural drafting and basic design studio work. Students develop both creative and academic skills while learning to observe, communicate and organise ideas about interior spaces and the built environment. The programme is intended to strengthen the knowledge, study habits and visual communication abilities required before moving into more advanced levels of interior architecture and design. It is suited to students who are interested in spatial design but want a structured foundation before beginning higher-level professional and technical study.

General entry requirements
SPM minimum 5 credits including passes in English and Mathematics; OR IGCSE/O-Level minimum 5 credits including passes in English and Mathematics; OR UEC minimum 3Bs including passes in English and Mathematics; OR another qualification recognised by the Malaysian Government; AND pass The One Academy Portfolio Review. · Current The One Academy central entry page publishes the Foundation in Interior Architecture Design requirements.
